performance. Sponsor will provide a sound system in good working
order with at least two microphones and qualified technicians for
lighting and sound where necessary or where union regulations
dictate. Promotion, advertising, hall rental (where applicable)
and all "front-of-house" operations are the responsibility
of the sponsoring organization.
**Includes
ALL airfares, meals and lodging for Dan and his staff (where required)
for the duration of the Crusade,
transportation, shipping, cartage, insurance, licensing, office costs,
prize giveaways and other expenses involved in Dan physically presenting the
performance. Sponsor will provide a sound system in good working
order with at least two microphones and qualified technicians for
lighting and sound where necessary or where union regulations
dictate. Promotion, advertising, hall rental (where applicable)
and all "front-of-house" operations are the responsibility
of the sponsoring organization.
†"Repeat
Performances" must be presentations of the same program and
presented no more than two hours apart. A morning, matinee or evening
combination would be priced as "Multiple Performances."
‡"Multiple
Performances" must be presented on the same day (i.e. a morning
and evening ) or on consecutive days. Quoted figure applies ONLY
to additional performances of programs listed under the
"One-Night Stands" heading.
